Ingredients:
Chaste Tree Berry, Dong Quai, Raspberry Leaf, Cramp Bark, Oatstraw, Ginger, Siberian Ginseng
 
Directions:
Add 1 tbsp of herbal formula to your tea leaf infuser and set aside. Boil 8oz of water. Turn off heat and place tea infuser in boiled water. Cover & steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove tea infuser & enjoy!
